THE CONCEPTUAL ISSUE OF THE UNITY OF ACTIVE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AS A SOCIAL AND LEGAL PHENOMENON

The emerging forms active need to assessed, institutionalized and legally regulated in order ensure necessary sustainability dynamism economy. Purpose: develop uniform criteria used distinguish an independent form activity, which requires regulation, separation from actual entrepreneurial activity. Methods: author applies general scientific methods: analysis, induction deduction; as well specific formal-logical, method unity differentiation. Results: it is concluded that all types are connected with civil law relations (one-order (of same type)).
